A fundamentals of HCG

Many of you have asked a LOT of questions. SO let me give you the basics of this diet. Here is how it works HCG is the hormone in your body that tells your body to burn your extra fat if you are pregnant and not eating enough. That way your baby can continue to develope. If you are not pregnant and you take this hormone in cunjunction with a LOW CALORIE DIET, your hypothalamus in your brain will trigger the burn of your excess fat. This also rests your body so that once your EXCESS fat is gone your body will contine to burn your food instead of storing it up.
When you diet your fat cells shrink but do not go away, this completely gets rid of them. While on the HCG you my only eat certain foods. These foods provide ultimate amounts of protien, and vitamins, with minimal calories and fat. There is also no need to take a vitamin supplement because your excess fat stores also contain vitamins, so when that fat is releasse so are those nutrients.These are the foods you are allowed to eat while on the diet:
1.Meats: 3.5ounces of beef, veal,boneless skinless chicken breasts,shrimp, crab, whitefish (cod etc), lobster.. Must be grilled or boiled with all visible fat removed
2.Vegetables: 3.5 ounces(only one type no combining) spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, fennel, onions, radishes, cucumbers, asparagus,
cabbage.
3. one Melba Toast (in cracker isle) 2 times a day
4. Fruit: apple, orange 6 strawberries, or 1/2 grapefruit
You are to eat the meat and vegetable for your LUNCH and DINNER the fruit and toast can be eaten at anytime but you cannot eat 2 servings together.. you must drink 2 liters of water everyday...
