I actually started this diet on the 21st day of February. Those of you who are familiar with the HCG diet know that in the first three days you have to eat as MUCH FOOD as POSSIBLE!! This I did and I watched the scale go up and up and up....

IT IS CRUCIAL THAT YOU EAT AS MUCH FATTY FOOD AS YOU CAN POSSIBLY STAND>>>
